Organizationally, I only ask for two things: basic meals and drinks during my time at the venue, and for weddings over 150 km from Poznań – accommodation.
Most Common Questions About Wedding Photography
It depends on the package: from 10 hours of work (until 10:00 PM) in the First Frame package, through 12 hours (until 12:30 AM), up to 14 hours and being with you until 2:30 AM in the Story Forever package. In practice, I start from preparations and stay as long as something worth photographing is happening. If you’re not sure which option to choose, write to me – I’ll advise based on your day’s schedule.
Minimum 300, 400, or 500 photos depending on the package, plus group photos. Each goes through my signature editing – I don’t deliver raw files or outsource editing to anyone else. You receive everything on an elegant flash drive (in higher packages in a wooden box) along with printed photos, because photos look most beautiful in print, not on a screen.
I send you the first few frames after just a few days, so you have something to share while the emotions are still fresh. The full reportage typically takes a few weeks, depending on the season. If you don’t want to wait, there’s express mode: your gallery jumps to the front of the queue and everything is ready in two weeks, without any compromise in editing quality.
Yes, group photos are included in every package – they’re a mandatory part of every wedding and a keepsake that parents most often request. The rest of the day, however, is pure reportage: I work discreetly and capture real emotions instead of staging scenes. The best frames happen when you forget I have a camera.
Absolutely. Travel up to 20 km from the agreed location is included in every package; beyond that, I charge 1.20 PLN per kilometer plus any fees, e.g., for highways. For weddings over 150 km away, I’ll ask for accommodation so I’m not driving back at dawn with your photos in the trunk. I calculate everything upfront in the offer – no surprises after the fact.
Write or call, and I’ll check availability for your date. The date is reserved with a signed contract and deposit. Then we meet or call to discuss the day’s plan, and I show up prepared on the wedding day. Just one heads-up: the best Saturdays in the season from May to September can disappear even a year in advance, so it’s better to ask too early than too late.
